We waste time. We pass the time away. Time slips by. Time marches on. Time escapes us. We watch the clock. Time goes on. We even kill time.
Time is a mysterious and beautiful blessing, which should be cherished and not neglected. Life is full of seemingly innocuous moments, and at the end of our time those moments we let pass us by all add up to the dash on our tombstones. Our dashes matter. Our dashes are either a representation of time well spent capitalizing on every minute or a resoundingly loud echo of nothingness. We have a choice in what our dashes entail. We have to choose to make a conscious effort to make our dash mean something.
What will you do with those seemingly innocuous moments that make up your dash? Make the most of them all.
